Didn't weigh in until 11:00 pm. Had a sub 1400 calorie day with a lot of complex carbs (veggies). Had a bunch that were about to expire, so I ate 'em up. Will do protein tomorrow.
Only did one circuit of weight lifting tonight so calorie burn is down at bit. At this weight, I'm only burning 2278 per day before exercise!
