Down to 211.8 after a light eating day but PIZZA for dinner! (OK, half a Paul Newman frozen pizza at only 480 calories, but it was good!)
Did an 810 calorie treadmill workout afterwards. Hoping for a new low tomorrow after my 16:8 and end of fast workout. Got a nice fat burning workout routine from a friend (out of Men's Health) and will give that a shot.
