My official weigh in came in higher than I expected. Probably from the popcorn I ate last night, maybe the extra salt kept a little extra water weight on me? I'll just keep at it and I'm sure things will balance themselves out.

I was thinking about these Burpees that everyone is talking about…I wonder what would happen if I added 100 Burpees per day to my regular routine? I'm going to try it, this week, I'll do 100 Burpees daily along with my normal workouts and running.

This Thursday is my first daughters 4th Birthday. Makes me smile : )

Ugh...Burpees. I haven't even been able to consistently incorporate weight training. Where do you find the energy after all the running?

I think 100 burpees would kill me.. more power to you if you can survive them! ;)

I think 100 was a pretty lofty goal… I knocked out 30 do far, I"ll do my best! They really get my heart pumping.

Burpees are a great fat burner and move and tone all the body! will be adding them on to my routine but 50 not 100.

MrsMash, I guess I have to look it up to seeing noone answered me as to what they are. It must be a ridiculous question???(lolol) So you are not alone.
