Ever have a day, when you wake up starving!!!

Well as my dad says "my fat was crying that
it needed to be fed". I did!! It took every bit of will power and determination to NOT attack all the high fat/ high carb food hubby has on hand. But I didn't I just groused as I was tossing bales to feed cattle. Had my coffee then thinking ok I am not hungry anymore worked off that craving Wrong!!!

Calving season is upon us so meals are grab as you go. I realized around 1 pm I am going to just fix my dinner for lunch. It was wonderful,
I no longer wanted hubby's junk food. I feel like a super hero!!! Didn't touch anything off plan.

I am liking this switch I have done of only weighing in 1 time a week. So have no clue if I have lost this week. Will find out on Friday.

Oh PrairieRains, you tackle so much and you tackled that stupid craving and you did it!!! Don’t mess it up today - Have a Happy Thursday, you worked too hard yesterday. I’ve done that many a time - had a really good day and then messed it up the next day.🙃 You remind me, as I used to have a horse, that I would pick up bails of hay like they were nothing - now I can’t even carry a flake! I need to start working out!! Very proud of you!!!!👏👏👏👏👏🌺🌺🌺

Loring, Debbie Cousins Thank you so much the encouragement means do much. Shrewdness Thank you. It did help the bales. We are feeding 230 hungry cows, small square bales. I stayed on plan for lunch and tonight since I have so many carbs I am having a salad, and s/f meringue cookies for dinner. No way. I have an outfit I wore on my 1st anniversary that I want to get into in August. I have to be in the 190's to do it. Have a lovely day.

23 pounds in 5 months is less than 4-1/2 pounds a month, or about 1 pound a week. I think you can make it by your August deadline!

Well done avoiding the junk foods - choose quality foods with protein and some healthy fats - that will help you to feel less hungry overall
