Running for 02/24/14 - 03/02/14 8.25 miles or 13.27 km.

Good weekend. We had fun at my friend's little girl's birthday party. The cake was awesome. Now I'm having cake cravings!!! Had a moment last night too which I need to get out of my system which is "who cares about this weight loss journey - I'm just going to eat what I want". Please help me out of this funk!

I felt that same way for a few days. But is is a little easier for me to say that since I am pregnant. I guess I will see what it did to me in a few days. Stay strong and remember why you started this!

I think that like four or five times a day lol. Its not what you think, its what you do! Kick those demons to the curb, youve come too far for such nonsense. Just for the record you can already eat anything you choose, the journey isnt restrictive, youre just making better choices. Stuck with it, youll get through this :-)
