Thank you, it was time for me to be honest on here, honestly seeing that lower number depressed me cuz I knew I wasn't there. LOL. If that makes sense. I have been doing good staying within my calorie goal range. But my movement has slowed down a WAY lot. Sigh. Between the Winter Armageddon last week and the cloudy gloomy rainy days this week. I am pooped! I need some vitamin D from the sun to help get me back energized and in a better mood.
