Went over my calorie limit by a few calories. I need to learn to cut myself some slack. I'll be beating myself up the rest of the night over it.

Ive been giving myself anxiety over it.. ive been under my calorie count every day.. I'm beginning to panic about getting even close to it... I'm trying so hard.. I thought my mental health would get better, its just been concentrated on something else..

I went over by 47 calories. But it was my first time going over. I need to remember I still burnt more than I took in. 😁

Even people who recommend calorie counting acknowledge how difficult it is to get the number exactly right. Over by a few calories? That is not over, that's about as accurate as it's going to get. No reason to beat yourself up.
