I wanted low calorie foods for lunch, hence the salad, but I’ve been grabbing a snack shorty after. So I grabbed two cookies to go ahead and have them so I wouldn’t feel like I needed sweets after lunch. I also wanted something warm hence the soup.

Yes that was smart, I thinks it’s better to have sweets in moderation than deprive yourself and then end up eating a larger portion...😉😉😉

That's what I do after dinner....have something sweet. Because I'm not hungry I can be content with a smaller portion.
