Well, my journey has kind of hit a tar pit. for 5 days now...... haven't been eating well. come on me, you can do this!

Start drinking more water. Add some more fiber to your diet. I am adding a 1 hour aerobic/cardio session to my diet beginning today for 3-4 times per week. It should help burn more calories than just taking a walk like I started doing beginning in the cold weather since last year. This time, IK I can't give up. It's something I need to make part of my daily routine/life again and NEVER give it up. Walking is fun, but it didn't do anything for burning extra calories nor improving my Diabetes II.
