I made Doenjang jjigae today! I guess it is a poor version of Korea's original, but I found it delicious and enjoyed it very much.

Adding carrots is an excellent idea, I will try that next time, thanks! I bought some miso at an Asian supermarket and once at home I noticed it was "Korean miso", so I looked up recipes that used it. There are many doenjang jjigae recipes on the Internet, even in Spanish!

In Japanese miso soup, they add carrots and egg as well to make taste smoother (and more protein from egg, I guess).
It is interesting Korean doenjang jjigae recipe is available in Europe, even in Spanish! :D
I recommend “Korean pajeon pancake” as you and families are vegetarian. In Youtube, you can search “korean pajeon” on the channel “Maangchi.” :D
