Recording a weight on this snowy morning. I stress ate at the beginning of last week but forgave myself and slowly got back here to 111. All good. I have had some fun with my nutritional yeast. Made almond butter to take my mind of peanut butter Went for a walk and a redfox came walking straight towards me on the road. It got pretty close before it jumped in the ditch. Explains why I am not seeing so many of those white rabbits. At least it was not a coyote...they come into the city once in awhile to chase rabbits. Have a good week everyone.
