Nice looking omelette. I try to make it a habit with the turmeric by putting it on eggs and air fryer chicken. Can't really taste it as long as I douse the food with enough black pepper and other spices. To me it does have a bit of strange taste without the other spices.

Ooo sneaking turmeric into an omelet is a good way of doing it!
An autoimmune thyroid disorder runs in my family, and I've been diagnosed with the very first signs of it, so I've been incorporating turmeric into my diet to help protect against fulminant disease. Anecdotally I notice a difference in my energy levels. =) It seems to help!
