Greetings Buddies:
I went to my workout today at Orange Theory and we did functional training e.g., dragging a 50 pound weight attached to a rope, jumping in and out of car tires, pushing medicine balls, etc.
So, how is it possible I have not lost any weight? Truly, I have not even after 90 days of exercise and monitoring food.
Well, I had to go back to look at my food calendars from when I was better losing in 2012 and saw I was eating 40-45% carbs including more fruit and veggies and fiber.
I have heard you can eat enough protein to "gain" because it gets stored in your body. Has anyone else read or heard of this and can inform me?
I guess I have to go back to what used to work and see what changes...
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
