Good morning. Down to 215.0 on the Tanita scale (213.0 on old scale). Crazy, crazy, crazy other numbers. I will hold off on posting until the pre-dinner weigh in. But my visceral fat, metabolic age, and some other numbers seem to be getting worse. Two recent changes I've made are radically increasing protein over carbs and adding weight lifting instead of walking on alternate days. But it's only been a few days with the new regimen. Watching with interest...
