ok, bought a scale today, don't like the numbers :( the numbers will get better! today i did good for food, instead of a poutine, which i love, i had salad :) baby steps!
185.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 18.9 lb a week
