So, after two big eating holiday days I hit 219 and change this morning. Time to go low cal, so I dutifully did. Waited until noon, then ate a breakfast sandwich. Then did a nice salad at 4pm. Got home and hopped on the old Tanita to show the results of my 'goodness'...
What? 220 plus! Oh, well. Not worried. As I shared with friend earlier, not really going to attack this again until the kids are gone. But here are some interesting numbers. (As in, I hit my highest weight for a while but also gained muscle and lost fat? Whaa...?) Don't ask me!
12/23/13 Tanita scores (pre-dinner, after about 450 calories eaten beginning at noon)
Weight - 220.2 Total body fat pct - 16.0 Total body water pct - 61.2 Visceral fat rating - 9 Muscle mass lbs. - 175.8 Physique rating - 6 Bone mass lbs. - 9.0 Daily Calorie Intake - 4354 Metabolic age - 22
So up in weight, but way down in fat. Great water. Visceral fat dropped two points. Muscle mass highest I've measured. BONE mass highest I've measured. Crazy high daily calorie intake number (per my metabolic rate). And I'm only 22 again. That hasn't happened since 1980! LOL.
Edit: So much for the earlier note about 600-700 calories. The kids and I have already been into the pre-dinner snacks...
