fasting a.m. blood glucose 134; weight 168.6
Plan: Keto/IF/exercise
Shared a veggie omelette with hubby this morning. Made peanut butter coconut fat bombs today because I need something sweet. Made six small balls and I can have one each day. (About 46 calories each, 3.81 fat and 2.38 carbs, 1.28 net carbs). My tomato plants lived through the frost we had yesterday morning! Yay! Maybe I won't need to cook fried green tomatoes for a while yet. One year I pulled up all the tomato plants just before the frost, and hung them up in the garage. They ripened hanging from the rafters!
Tuna salad with boiled eggs, diced apple and dill pickles for lunch. Ate it on romaine leaves instead of bread. Should be enough left over for tomorrow.
I skipped my supper diabetes meds and the 9:30 p.m. glucose is still down to 80. I'm not complaining -- I want it down, but having to eat an extra snack to bring it up for overnight safety messes up my IF and weight loss. I need to figure out how to manage this better.

Paubut, thanks. I will try skipping lunch tomorrow and have early dinner instead. I find two meals a day works well for me, but since the glucose has started dropping low I haven't been maintaining it well, thinking an extra snack will balance things out, and then over-correcting. I will see how that adjustment improves things.
