Well, my weight isn't "whooshing" downward like I'd joked about earlier this week. In fact, it appears I've gained back the 5 lbs I lost back in March/April, which makes me very sad indeed. Wish I could pretend it's muscle, but no, the body fat is up, too. Why is it so hard to lose 5 lousy lbs & so easy to regain? Well I know I quit tracking, and I ate out way too much last weekend. This weekend I'm going to limit that to just once, probably Saturday for lunch. I have this thing about not cooking on Saturday, really that should be leftover day. I'm also planning to do something a little different in the planning/prepping department. I will record my honest weight on Monday and begin again, I guess.
