Woke at 228.8, up 1.9 from yesterday after a rest day with no workout and some adult beverages. Plus I even ate some Doritos last night with the taco salad. Damn, those things are good. Best avoided! UPDATE: Checked in at 2 pm and was 228.9. Eating some summer sausage and cheese for a light lunch. Fajitas for dinner tonight. UPDATE 2: Did 20 minutes of HIIT spinning at 5 pm and jumped in the pool for a bit. Got to 229.3 before dinner.
