Woke at 233.8, down .1 from yesterday. Woke up too late for a workout. Starting with iced black coffee. Have a good Friday! UPDATE: Had a massive whoosh this morning to the extent that it sent me back to the scale: 231.3 before lunch. My strategy to hit my lower calorie target will be this: if I have to eat something during the day, it will be veggies. Lots of bulk for low calories. Then I will eat dinner with more protein and fat. Weighed 232.3 before dinner. Finished up the fajita chicken and veggies on three wraps. The veggies during the day thing worked out great today.
