I don’t care for these ribs but hubby loves them! I like to make them in the crock pot and he makes them on the grill.

Peeper, I hadn't cooked this style ribs in a long time. The way I did them they actually tasted more like a nice pork chop. All the actual chops at the grocery store were thin & I like thick, bone in chops. That's why I bought these to cook.

Maybe I’ll have to try it your way then. I like pork chops! I like boneless ones but I like them thick. Stores here are lucky to cut them 1/4” thick. I got one awhile back that was cut so thin they actually cut a hole in the chop. I’m talking deli lunch meat thickness.
