Well afterjust puting in my coffee with stevia, ive just relised that stevia, has carbs...so in actual fact....ive been over my carbs because i haven't been recoeding....why am i writing this.....for others.....ive been making huge mistakes...well from now on its plain coffee for me.....wow...It is vital we record everything....said dumb me....
