Going to have a lean week for the rest of the week. 2300 calories. Still not happy with the amount of chest fat I have despite being mostly ok elsewhere apart from maybe a little waist fat that i'd like to get rid of.

I think in order to reach my size goals I'm going to have to trim right down first in order to lose body fat round the area's I want to. Don't like feeling like a pencil but guess I'll have to just go for it.
