OK, buddies. No more weight loss, but finished the month at less than exactly half of what my body burned. Burned 2715 per day, and ate 1357 per day (left 20 calories on the table!) Had shrimp and salad and a nice bottle of Pinot Noir, followed by a Jack Daniels Honey! Life is good.
