Thanks, I am making do the best I can. If I take the time to prepare a meal and sit down, I'm more likely to be conscious of what I'm eating, right? There was no lunch pic yesterday because I was slammed at work and grabbed a banana and some meat and grazed through the afternoon. This meal was much more satisfying. And those are mini sliders, not cupcakes. ;)
