Woke at 221.4, up 1.0 from yesterday. Ate a solid dinner last night but not too much. Had a protein drink with supplements and then did HIIT spinning, and pushups and squats to failure (two sets). Weighed 219.8 after I burned off some glycogen! Denise just walked in with a huge Sonic diet cherry limeade, so that is just what I need right now. Have a good day! UPDATE: Weighed 222.4 at 5 pm, so the lunch is still with me. Turkey chops tonight. Ended up eating a big dinner and some snacks. Calories over 2300. Gonna have to chill tomorrow.
