World's easiest supper tonight. Turkey sandwich with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Cucumber slices, picked beets, and coleslaw (not pictured).

Misty..nothing like a sandwich sometimes. Keyten..why can't you have beets? I would be so sad.
