@yadi bisa jadi asupan kalori kurang atau tubuh lagi bakar lemaknya. Karena ningkatin otot ga semudah dan secepat ningkatin lemak. Nikmati prosesnya,kl seminggu masih turun,naikin lg kalorinya ya.
