My urologist checked my bladder and said I seem to be emptying fully. They put me on a new medication for a week to see if it helps before going on it full-blown. I have to take it every 8 hours. I won't know the results of my uterus biopsy until the 12th of March. Hopefully, this new medicine helps. In other words, I have been using my food scale and realized I'm not good at estimating calories lol. I am okay on some things, but others I'm off anywhere from 20-30 calories. For sure going to be pulling it out daily to use it. Still don't know my weight, waiting for the scale I ordered to come in, it was supposed to arrive tomorrow, but now it says March 4th...hopefully it gets here before then. I hope everyone had a wonderful day and a great night! God bless!

Yes, I check and double check, question again, and then try to break down what I’m searching the calories for. It takes time but eventually you’ll come to know your “maintenance calories”. Eat less than that number. All the values that come up here on FS should be checked again. I read lots of labels! Good Shedding! 😇

You will love the scale, takes a bit to get used to using it but once you get the hang of it you will be golden. My biggest problem was remembering to zero out before putting the next item on my plate. I measure everything in grams except salad dressing because that is too easy to over pour. Hope this med gives you some relief.
