Lunch was "pizza" toast made with french bread, salsa, spinach, onion, and cheese. Cucumber slices, sweet potato, and some pretzel crisps. I weighed all of it.
I wanted a meat-free lunch. 432 calories. May go meat-free for dinner, not sure yet. God Bless y'all!
