Bahan salad :
- kol ungu 1/4 (iris tipis)
- lettuce 3 lembar (potong2)
- tomat cherry (7 butir belah 2)
- dressing kewpie roasted sesame (sedikit)
> Potong2 semua bahan salad masukan ke wadah lalu tuang dressing sedikit saja
Dada Ayam :
- Dada ayam (1/2)
- Paprika bubuk
- Garam Himalaya
- Oregano kering
- Extra Virgin Oil
Cara masak :
1. Lumuri daging ayam dengan olive oil kedua sisi
2. Taburi dengan garam,paprika bubuk,oregano di kedua sisi secara merata
3. Panaskan teflon anti lengket lalu masukan daging ayam masak dengan api sedang jgn lama2 ya biar ga keras dan tetep juicy..
Gampangkan..bumbu no ribet2,,met mencoba yaa guys..
