I ate Chinese food and thought I ruined it. SIL gave me advice to rinse the meat and vegetables in a bowl of tea as I ate them. Guess it worked!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know that Chinese restaurants use a lot of corn starch for meat and veggies. But LOL
