I'm basically fit but would like to lose about 5 or 6 lbs of fat, mostly so that I can be a better runner. I have found it very difficult to lose weight, no matter how many miles a week I run.
My fitness goals are to do better at ultramarathons. I would like to run a 100K mountain trail race in about 10 hours and maybe a 50 mile trail race in under 8 hours.
I'm not sure what to set my daily activity level to. On the one hand, I'm mostly sedentary at work and at home. On the other hand, I run 50 to 80 miles per week.
