I need diet pills. Any recommendations? I'm hungry all of the time.

I've found that meals that are medium/high protein combined with low glycemic vegetables keep me full. Whenever (not much lately) I eat the same amount but spread it out to 5-6 x daily I have to force myself to eat.

I have some giant diet pills: the store has them packaged as "brussel sprouts" - I could eat a pound a day!

Check out the TDEE calculator website for your macro nutrient breakdown. After inputting your age, weight, body fat, and activity level, it will recommend a breakdown of protiens, fats, and carbs, along with a calorie total, to help you achieve a meal plan that you will lose weight on.

Phetamine pills from the dr are pretty good. You’re too thirsty and running around like a coke head, to want to eat. You can’t have heart issues and can’t take longer than 6 weeks. I can’t take them with a desk job. I take them before cleaning on the weekends because it gives you endless energy but then you crash. But when you crash like 4hrs later (for me) you are just tired, laying down not craving food. If you eat food you do not get any sort of enjoyment or high from it so you don’t want to eat is the only way I can explain it. Good luck!

I've had pretty good luck with Hoodia, but it's getting hard to find now. It's an herbal supplement that you can order online - at least you used to be able to.

I have just come across GLUCOMANNAN. "Glucomannan is a dietary fiber. It is usually made from the root of the konjac plant". Not sure if I will try it but it might do the job on the occasion when I just get too ravenous. The reviews seem to pretty positive.

dont waste your money on marketing gimmicks. you dont NEED diet pills, get your nutrition in check.
