Woke at 233.4, up 1.4 from yesterday. Did some late night snacking on pepperoni, almond butter, and low carb wraps. Going to do true fasting until dinner today to see if I can avoid the hunger generated by the protein coffee and drinks. UPDATE: OMAD fasting went great today. No hunger without the triggers of the protein coffee. Got to 232.2 before dinner.
