With only 2 pound left to go and knowing if I lose it or not doesn’t make too much of a difference, I have been increasing carb intake and will go back to eating carb foods. 🤷♀️ I will lose the 2 extra pounds at my own pace with portion control and a little exercise. 👍 I’m glad I was able to lose 20 pounds. ☺️ Can’t wait to start eating my favorite foods again while being mindful instead of guilty. 😋🍞🍨🍜🍰🥯
