Goes along with that number talk that we have here a lot, how a number does not define your health or your fitness necessarily.

Oh hey, don't be too hard on yourself. It took me 1.5y to lose 30lbs. Relax, it's been only 3 weeks. 9 months to gain, at least 9 monts to get rid if it.

Noooooooooooo 😆 don’t say that! I’m so excited to get back in my clothes I cannot afford a new wardrobe in a bigger size. 2 months. Gonna do it. Okay, maybe 3. 4 tops. 😆🤦🏼♀️

I don’t like the pressure put on PP women. There are even preggers chicks who show off abs. Give yourself a break damn it, it is not natural to look like a model 2 months after, just saying. As for your wardrobe, lol you can turn with what you have for the moment 😝

Velvet I hear you, for sure. God I feel the pressure. And I’m terrified if I don’t get rid of my baby weight immediately I’ll just give up 😖 How did you pace yourself?

3-4 months seems reasonable but may be a bit short. I think it took me 6 with my oldest and never did get back to weight with the other two. Got back in most of my clothes but did have to buy new jeans 😭. Focus on that new baby, nursing, nutrition and maybe take some walks or lift weights a day or two per week. The weight will come off!

I breastfed for quite a bit (14m) and was constantly hungry. My delivery was crap even if I didn’t have stuff like you. But we both nearly died, and that’s how I took the decision to breastfeed my child. I needed to connect somehow. Also, I wasn’t that heavy (150lbs, the highest point), just too heavy for my understanding (105-110 before, 132 PP). I went back to work when my baby was 8m old, and it was the starting point, I went through heavy PP depression btw. Everything changed when I started lifting. Seeing a therapist was beneficial as well. Lifting really helped a lot and watching my calories on the top brought me back to a decent shape within 6 months.
