Im not sure my weight is correct, I place my scale in the doorway between the bedroom and the bathroom and my big butt dog kept trying to get through (but only when I actually stepped on the scale 🤣).

Anyway, I didnt weigh in this weekend. I went way off my plan for several days. I just couldnt get myself back on track, but here I am today, working to get myself back on track.

I dont feel the best today. I dont know if I have a headache because of my tooth, or if its allergies/seasonal. Plus my whole body just feels cruddy. I thought I ate more than enough last night, but maybe I didnt during the day. We had a VB tournament a couple of hours away and I started feeling bad on the way home. If I still feel bad at lunch then Im just going to go home and skip the gym tonight.

My goals today are:
Update planner
Stay in RDI
Go to the gym
Stay focused at work
253.5 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
