So much food yesterday. I need to look further and list out everything going on in my mind so I know why Im doing this. Im starting to think I know, but it will be nice to see it all laid out.

I start my aggressive fat loss program with a coach on 9/23. I need to reel it in now or I wont be able to stick with it. I havent seen the nutritional plan yet but I imagine it will be something similar to the Whole 30. I know that I wont live the rest of my life like this, but it will be nice to try something challenging.

I also bought a set of weights so Ill be cutting back a little on my bootcamps while Im in that program. I use weights in bc, and I do push myself to go heavy, but I need to make sure Im also focusing on strength training. I think this is going to give me the boost I need both nutritionally and physically.

My biggest regret right now is not pushing myself over the summer. I basically maintained - and thats a HUGE WIN for me, but I really wanted to be further down the line before my nieces baby shower. I know Ill get there, so Im not beating myself up, but its irritating.
252.5 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
