What I have learned on my (incomplete) journey so far:

* I am not my body. I am the energy that gives it life.

* My weight does not determine my self-worth. I am worthy just as I am.

* My health is important - not the number on the scale. My food choices matter because my body is not a trash can.

* There are people out there, on this site, who have my gratitude for all the support, encouragement, tough love and advice. Thank you!

*When I face difficulties, even with my diet, it is ok. Sometimes it rains... I can dance in the rain too.
