Good evening everyone this is my first day on here though in a long time trying to get back on track.

So happy that you rejoined Our FS family Most everyone here has slipped along the way but the important thing is not to give up on yourself !!! I always recommend doing a food journal daily one meal at a time Slow and patient is necessary for you to be able to achieve your healthier lifestyle I once was 325 lbs I lost my first 130 lbs by myself by giving up junk food and all “white death”food as my brother named breads pastas and ranch dressing LoL It was tough at first but I was miserable at that weight so I had to succeed for my happiness Then regained but found FS What a wonderful lifesaving family Almost to goal Thanks for the support 😊
