I made this stir fry from scratch. Grated orange peel with ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, a pinch of red curry paste, a dash of corn starch.... sautéed chicken breast, cubed marinated tofu, fresh chopped veggies... all cooked on my own stove and voila! Served with jasmine rice (a treat). 1 cup of rice = 200 calories. 1 cup of stir fry = 200 calories.
