I'm not really close to my goal. I mean I have my goal listed as like 189 and I am close to that but that was my wedding weight. To be within my ideal body weight range... I got a lot more to go. But I'm going to do it! One day at a time... ;)

Yeah my actual gw is 200 my married weight 14 yrs ago lol but don’t know will strive for 180’s just not as hard let the body catch up
