Been sick and not working out a lot. And then working out a lot cos I'm working from home, and then on my period and eating a lot... And then not logging everything accurately cos it depresses me to log all the worthless crap I ate.
So I've no idea what's going on.
If things go well today I'll weigh myself tomorrow...
