Yesterday I was super depressed (unrelated to weight) and I didn't want to do anything. I wanted to eat like a pig and watch TV.
But in the end I did my yoga and running routine.
THANKFULLY I DID IT! I feel much better mentally today. If I had given in yesterday I would not also still be depressed, but I've also been feeling like a fat pig, and guilty.
So here's to working out for your mental health.
