Funny how you can go up 4 pounds overnight, but only lose 2 when you know its all "fake". Im sure its something with sodium because I worked my butt of yesterday between the "super" workout we had at the gym and the yard work I got done. I couldnt keep my eyes open after 9 because I was so beat. I went over my RDI but just barely although its very possible that I underestimated. Thats ok, Im all prepped for today and Im looking forward to seeing more progress! *Edited to add sweaty gym selfie, yesterdays workout (before we did attack and combat tracks), and my fitibt reading. Yes I know that its not accurate but since I use it every day to gauge what I do, its a good base point and thats way higher than I usually get.
