People keep asking me if I have lost even more weight.
I haven't. I'm still 52ish Kg. But my body is transforming with all the yoga and cardio. Amazed to see it, tbh.
I'd still like to lose those 2 Kgs I have left to lose, but I wonder if that's really necessary... Is this a sign maybe, that my body weight should be 52ish and I'll be fine?
