Today at work, I was planning on going to the cafeteria for Bibimbop, as it was the one day a month they serve it. But I got bedazzled by a pop-up (Fooda) restauarnt that was being featured today. Chicken and Waffles with sugar free syrup. The Waffle is made entirely of almond flour and is gluten, grain free. The chef said it was only 3.5 g carbs for the entire waffle... So can't pass that up, especially since its been over a year since I have had a waffle. She made grilled chicken instead of fried chicken & dusted it with some cajun style spice. Was pretty darn good. Not really sure if it is keto or not, but should fit my macro (Not really able to log it accuratelty!)

it was delicious, and I am soooo full. Hope I didn't over do it. I ate the whole thing, even though I probably would have been fine after 3/4 of it haha
