I did Cardio Overdrive from the FIRM workout DVD today. Today was the first time I was able to do all high intensity version to the end in this year. (The last time I was able to do was last spring.) I am so happy because it's the sign of improvement on my cardio. Among four DVD I use from the FIRM, this one is the highest intensity on cardio. I hope it will be much easier for me to do this soon.

Diet Calendar Entries for 25 June 2010:
