This weekend I believed I would gain, not drop. I was having a Harry Potter marathon and for each movie there was a meal or snack and a drink. Sorcerer's Stone: The feast with sorting hat cupcakes. and English Ale Chamber of Secrets: Lemon Lime Polyjuice Portion floats Prisoner of Azkaban: Crumpets with Jam and Butter, eggs, bacon, Tea with cream Goblet of Fire: A meal from the Yule Ball and Goblets of Fire full of alcohol so they would light on fire. Order of the Phoenix: Molly's mashed potatoes and meatballs and calming drafts The Half Blood Price: Meat Pies from the Slug Club and Love Potion Cocktails. The Deathly Hallows I:Treacle Porridge The Deathly Hallows II: Kreacher's Onion Soup And then Sunday night we ate at my mom's house with Ham, Potatoes and the works Yesterday, I was at a work conference and meals were included and they were all carbs, like frosted lemon bread for breakfast, but yet I lost .4 pounds. I think the difference is even at home watching the movies I'm moving. I made sure I got my steps in. And today it is back to being healthy with an intermittent fast that is going on 17.5 hours. I have a healthy lunch with imitation crab, grabs, celery and tonights dinner is healthy. I'm behind on steps with only 4,000 so far today, but I will up my game. So hopefully I continue down. I didn't realize how immobile I use to be. Steps are my friend.
